Pandan Pancakes
  • 2 eggs
  • TUTU Pandan Syrup 20ml
  • Wheat flour 250 gr
  • Baking Powder tsp
  • Pinch of salt
  • TUTU Vanilla syrup 10 ml
  • Melted margarine 50ml
  • Fresh milk 350 ml
  • Honey 1 tbsp

Beat eggs and sugar until dissolved and foamy. Add flour, baking powder, TUTU Vanilla Syrup, salt, and honey, mix well, then add fresh milk. Stir again, cover for about 10 minutes. Add TUTU Pandan syrup and melted margarine, mix with a spatula. Heat non-stick Teflon, pour one tablespoon of dough. Let it dry and then turn it over for a while, lift and do it until the dough runs out. Pandan Pancakes are ready to be served.
